The Mission of the Marydell Faith and Life Center stems from the charism of the Sisters of Our Lady of Christian Doctrine. We offer hospitality for those who are looking to take a step back from their lives…to "retreat" to an environment that offers renewal of the mind, spirit and body.

The Robert Kane Hermitage
A modest and secluded place for prayer and solitude.
The Hermitage consists of:
- sleeping accommodations for one in a private bedroom
- a comfortable size sitting room and dining area that is heated/ air-conditioned
- an enclosed airy porch
- private kitchen facilities for quick light meals
- a private bathroom with shower
- full use of facilities including: Library, Reflection Center and swimming pool (during summer months)
The Cottage
A modest place for relaxation and reflection... nestled in the shadow of Hook Mountain.
The Cottage consists of:
- sleeping accommodations for two
- a comfortable sitting room and dining area that is heated and air-conditioned
- private kitchen facilities for quick light meals
- a private bathroom with shower
- full use of facilities
Hopi
A modest place for rest & renewal overlooking the Hudson; available May - September.
Hopi consists of:
- sleeping accommodations for one in a private bedroom
- a comfortable sitting room & dining area
- private kitchen facilities for quick light meals
- a private bathroom with shower
- full use of facilities
Fee for private retreat residences are $30.00 with linens provided, $25.00 per person per night if you provide your own linens.
Private kitchens include the following: stove with 2 jet burners, sink, refrigerator and microwave.
