SR. ANGELA REAMES' GOLDEN JUBILEE CELEBRATION
On June 30, 2001, Sr. Angela Reames celebrated fifty years of service to the Church as a Sister of O.L. of Christian Doctrine. Sister Angela met the Sisters in the mission they had in Horse Creek Valley, South Carolina. In 1951 Sister traveled to New York to join the Sisters and in her own words, "never looked back." In these past fifty years Sister has served in South Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Germany. Her work has included camp ministry, religious education, nursery and kindergarten teacher. Today Sister continues to minister as a kindergarten teacher in Congers, New York.
